I integrate the ancient, yet cutting edge use of healing sound with massage, bodywork and Reiki to tune in and reflect your body’s voice so you can literally feel heard, release restrictions on a cellular level and follow your innate guidance.
Sound is audible vibration. All life is vibrational in nature, all matter being composed of differing densities and frequencies of vibration. Form is literally determined by wave frequency. The inherent power of sound to transform and shape our being has been used in healing practices since ancient times.
Very specific use of sounds, be they via vocal tones, musical monochord, chants or simply words – coupled with the highest and clearest integrity and intention, creates a healing energy field by breaking up dissonant, stagnant patterning. These vibrations permeate our cells; boosting release of stresses, clearing the way and realigning us into resonant balance; healing on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Combining therapeutic massage with deep tissue work, Reiki healing, vocal toning, subtle cranio-sacral, myofascial and somato-emotional techniques, along with elements from Feldenkrais and Rolfing systems and body oriented psychotherapy, my own unique healing approach continually evolves.
Reiki, meaning “Universal Life Force” is an ancient, hand activated connection which actively feeds and supports one’s innate healing abilities. As Reiki Master not only do I boost my own efficacy by treating myself daily with Reiki, I naturally and seamlessly incorporate Reiki energy healing into every treatment session.
Reiki treatments are absolutely appropriate for everyone – children and adults alike, even animals. It is astoundingly simple, completely safe; perfect for stress reduction & pain relief.
